Phibidi ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by the Phibidi application.

1. Information We Collect

Account Data: We collect your email address and basic profile information when you register an account to sync your data across devices.

Fitness & Health Data: We collect workout logs, schedules, and body measurements you input into the app. This data is stored securely to provide you with analytics and tracking features.

Device Camera & Photos: Our "Physique Scanner" feature requires access to your device's camera and photo library. Images are processed to provide fitness insights. We do not sell your photos to third parties.

2. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the app effectively:

  • Google Firebase: Used for secure user authentication and database hosting.
  • RevenueCat: Used to securely process in-app subscriptions. We do not have access to your raw credit card data.
  • AI Providers: We use external Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate workout routines. Anonymized prompt data may be sent to these APIs.

3. Website Analytics and Ad Measurement

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to measure page activity and ad performance.

We may use Meta Pixel to understand ad performance and download intent (for example, App Store or Play Store click intent).

We do not send health data, body data, photos, names, emails, free-text input, or app account-sensitive data through website tracking events.

You can manage tracking preferences through your browser and platform privacy settings.

4. Children and Minors

Phibidi is not intended for children or minors.

Users under 18 should not use Phibidi without parent or legal guardian involvement and consent.

Do not submit body, progress, or physique photos involving minors for analysis.

5. Photos, Gallery, and Physique Analysis

Gallery and progress photos saved inside the app are intended to be local-device based and are not provided as a Phibidi cloud photo gallery or sync service.

If you choose to run physique analysis, selected images may be transmitted for processing to generate that analysis.

Generated analysis outputs and related context may be stored to support app features.

6. EU Representative

Phibidi has not appointed an EU representative at this time. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@phibidi.com.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the in-app account settings or by contacting our support team.
