2. Subscriptions and Payments

Phibidi offers premium features ("Pro" and "Ultra" tiers) via auto-renewing subscriptions.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play Account Settings.

3. Children and Minors

Phibidi is not intended for children or minors.

Users under 18 should not use the service without parent or legal guardian involvement and consent.

Do not submit body, progress, or physique photos involving minors for analysis.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the app's APIs or systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Phibidi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including personal injury or data loss, resulting from your use of the application.
